Job summary

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is seeking a Full Time Direct Support Professional (BHPP) in Maricopa County to provide direct support to children, young adults, and families in home and community settings. Compensation ranges from $18.50 to $20 per hour with a full benefits package.

Requirements include 21+ years old, flexible schedule, valid AZ driver's license, DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance, and CPR/First Aid training.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and services.
• Ability to relate to and build positive connections with clients and families.
• Strong collaboration with therapists/other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support in home and community settings.
• Coordinate with families and CFT members.
• Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching.
• Maintain professional boundaries and positive representation of CFSS.
