Sunny Days of California is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home services to children on the autism spectrum. Prime hours are Monday–Friday (12pm or 2pm start) to 6pm, with possible weekends; bilingual in Spanish and late afternoon availability is a plus.

Competenze

BCBA certification required.
Experience with children with autism and families.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Energetic, animated and outgoing, with a passion for helping children.

Mansioni

Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists.
Design, review, and update ABA curriculum plans.
Design behavior intervention plans.
Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers and the team.
Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases.
Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine.
Provide parent and staff training.
