Job summary

Cardinal Baths is seeking an in-home sales representative to meet with homeowners in Seattle and surrounding areas, presenting bath remodeling options and closing sales for high earnings potential.

This commission-based role offers pre-qualified leads, weekly training, and flexible scheduling. You’ll use an iPad system to design and price projects, with potential to earn $150K–$200K+ per year.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills required.
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales a plus).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must live in or near Spokane area.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments.
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solution.
• Design projects using our iPad-based sales system.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training.
