Job summary

Luxury Bath of Texoma is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in the Wichita Falls area. You will use our proven sales process and design tools to create bath remodeling solutions and close deals.

This commission-based role offers an earning potential of $150,000 to $250,000+ annually, with flexible scheduling and pre-qualified leads. Travel throughout the Wichita Falls market is required, and success hinges on strong presentation and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience and be willing to travel.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations with pre-qualified leads
• Present our proprietary sales process using an iPad
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using company software
• Deliver pricing proposals and close sales
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
