Ideal candidates have 2+ years in-home or outside sales, strong presentation skills, and a drive to exceed targets. Evening/weekend availability and a reliable vehicle are required for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Able to close sales on first or single presentation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized in-home consultations and recommend bath remodeling solutions.
• Demonstrate products and present tailored options to homeowners.
• Complete paperwork and assist customers with financing options.
• Collaborate with sales operations and installation teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training (virtual and in-person).
