Job summary

Bath Planet of Metro NY is expanding and seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand their remodeling goals, and present customized bath solutions. You will guide customers through the buying process while visiting Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Brooklyn.

This full-time, 100% commission-based role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and pre-qualified appointments, with earning potential of $150,000–$200,000+ annually as part of a nationally

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
• Remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, kitchen, flooring, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance and outstanding customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, and Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners.
• Use our iPad-based sales system to create customized bath designs.
• Present remodeling solutions that meet customer needs and budgets.
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales.
• Maintain customer information and follow up through company systems.
• Participate in weekly sales training to improve performance.
