Bath Planet of Metro NY is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Brooklyn to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present customized bath solutions, and guide customers through the buying process.

This full-time, 100% commission-based position offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and the opportunity to earn $150,000–$200,000+ annually by selling premium bathroom remodeling solutions across Brooklyn and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
• Remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, kitchen, flooring, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners.
• Use our iPad-based sales system to create customized bath designs.
• Present remodeling solutions that meet customer needs and budgets.
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales.
• Maintain customer information and follow-up through company systems.
• Participate in weekly sales training to improve performance.
