Job summary

Install America is seeking an energetic In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their own homes across a local territory. You'll use our proven sales process and technology to design customized bath remodeling solutions that fit each homeowner's vision and budget.

This is a true outside sales role with unlimited earning potential and a 100% commission structure. You will attend training, build relationships, present pricing and financing options, and close sales

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to customers and meet in homes with own transportation.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to present solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and personalized proposals.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs during home visits.
• Present pricing and financing options and close sales.
• Attend ongoing sales training and maintain accurate customer records.
