Job summary

Rainer Bath & Shower is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with homeowners in their residences across Tacoma, WA. You will listen to needs, design bath remodeling projects using an iPad-based sales system, and present pricing with financing options to close sales.

This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential and paid training, with a supportive, growth-oriented team in a locally owned company. Flexible schedule and pre-qualified leads are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Sales experience is preferred, home improvement sales a plus.
• Self-motivation and goal orientation help thrive in a commission-based role.
• Comfort presenting and asking for the sale are important.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments.
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solution.
