Time Proof USA in Wichita, Kansas, seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and design custom bath solutions that fit their needs and vision. This outside sales role leverages our iPad-based system to deliver a high-energy, consultative sales experience.

This commission-based position offers uncapped earning potential, with top performers earning $150K+ annually, and includes pre-qualified leads, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training to sharpen performance

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement/remodeling a plus).
• Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking confidently in customer homes.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through product selections.
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales consistently.
• Participate in weekly sales training to enhance performance and skills.
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed.
