Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team as an In-Home Autism Support Specialist in Mentor-on-the-Lake, OH. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, starting part-time with a six-month commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before starting work.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
