Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking skilled technicians for in-home installation and assembly work. You will schedule and complete customer orders at customers' homes, build strong rapport, and ensure 100% satisfaction with quality work.

We offer piece-rate pay between $20 and $30 per hour, overtime, mileage reimbursement, and benefits after 60 days. This is a W2 position with opportunities for advancement and travel across locations.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing installation work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and have reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and complete customer installation/assembly jobs at customers' homes.
• Confirm appointments with customers and maintain good rapport.
• Assemble products per National Assemblers, Inc. specifications and ensure customer satisfaction.
