Responsibilities

• Contact customers at the start of each work day.
• Run all scheduled calls for the day.
• Accurately diagnose Appliances & Electronics.
• Order parts and update comments in work orders.
• Install parts and test unit operations post-installation.
• Call tech line and document any repair attempts.
• Finalize billing notes from the customer's home.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
