A First Name Basis (AFNB) is growing fast as an in-home care provider with 40+ offices across four states. We are hiring In Home Aides in Huntsville, AR to deliver compassionate care, support daily living activities, and help clients remain independent at home.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and tracking changes in health. Flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules is offered, with paid training and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to pass competency and skills assessments.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation; assist with feeding as needed.
• Medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments.
• Monitor health, report changes, and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Document care provided according to standards and company policy.
• Travel to client homes and complete required trainings.
