Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a home care setting.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.
• Current NA I or NA II certification or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with hands-on care including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and eating.
• Help clients with self-administration of medications and monitor vital signs under RN delegation if applicable.
• Perform light housekeeping such as meal prep, laundry, and shopping to keep a safe home.
• Report changes in condition, incidents, or problems to the Service Supervisor promptly.
• Observe and document any unusual incidents or changes in behavior.
• Maintain accurate service records of daily activities and health data.
• Adhere to company policies and state regulations governing in-home care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with hands-on care including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and eating.
• Help clients with the self-administration of medications and may assist with vital sign monitoring under the delegation of a Registered Nurse, if applicable.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and shopping to maintain a safe and clean home environment.
• Promptly report any changes in the client’s condition, incidents, or any problems to the Service Supervisor.
• Observe and document any unusual incidents or changes in the client’s behavior.
• Maintain accurate service records of daily activities and health data as required.
• Adhere to all company policies and state regulations concerning in-home care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Supervisor to meet the needs of clients.

Qualifications
