Job summary

Aware Recovery Care in Indianapolis is seeking a Client Recovery Advisor to deliver the 52-week IHAT program in clients' homes, driving to appointments and coordinating care with the Addiction Treatment team.

You will manage a caseload, document in the EMR, and support clients face-to-face or by phone, with some night and weekend shifts required. HS diploma or GED, lived recovery experience, and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must actively live within the Indianapolis, Indiana area.
  • 2 years of lived continuous recovery experience from SUD preferred.
  • Proof of auto insurance required.
  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred CAC, DARC, CPRS certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver ARC’s 52-week In-Home Addiction Treatment (IHAT) program within the client’s home environment.
  • Driving to and meeting clients in their home environment and transporting to appointments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Addiction Treatment team to coordinate customized client care.
  • Manage a caseload of clients and schedule appointments.
  • Provide support through therapeutic connection face-to-face and telephonically.
  • Submit timely clinical documentation in an EMR system.
  • Meet the client where they are and work across departments.
  • Mentor/shadow new employees as needed.
  • Be open to working nights and weekends if required.
