GYMGUYZ San Francisco & Marin is seeking compassionate Adaptive Wellness Coaches to deliver in-home and virtual fitness sessions, supporting adaptive and special needs clients with personalized programs.

You will build trusting relationships with families, track progress, and adapt sessions to client needs while traveling between locations. Join a nationwide network and pursue growth to Master Trainer with paid onboarding and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified and adaptive fitness certification preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-home and virtual fitness sessions.
• Support adaptive, neurodiverse, senior, and mobility-limited clients.
• Build positive relationships with families and caregivers.
• Maintain reliable communication and punctuality.
• Adapt sessions based on client needs and emotional state.
• Track progress and session notes.
• Travel between client locations professionally and reliably.
• Represent the company values of DRIVE in every session.
