Job summary

Cultivate BHE in Florida is seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to deliver in-home ABA therapy on a one-to-one basis. You will use positive reinforcement to help children meet developmental goals and track progress with data collection tools.

Collaborating with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will apply ABA teaching procedures, conduct discrete trials, and adapt strategies as the treatment plan evolves. Training, support, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience in childcare, healthcare, or mental health preferred.
• Ability to pass a background screen, reference checks, and drug screen.
• Strong technology skills for data collection and entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one in-home ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and various teaching/reinforcement methods.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA to implement ABA principles.
