Job summary

Brite ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children in Cedar Hill, TX. This part-time, W-2 role offers a flexible schedule and supervision from our clinical leadership.

You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA direction, collect session data, and communicate professionally with caregivers. Travel to client sessions is required, and you will maintain HIPAA confidentiality while supporting skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sessions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans consistently and accurately.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA direction.
• Provide direct ABA therapy in-home and/or community settings.
• Collect accurate session data and document progress.
