Golden Care Therapy NJ in Paterson, New Jersey, is seeking a compassionate ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD, following individual treatment plans and using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional skills.

The role involves data collection, coordination with families and supervisors, and collaboration with BCBA to ensure high-quality services. Part-time hours with a competitive wage and sign-on incentive are available.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in special education or applied behavior analysis (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in home-based settings and interact with individuals with varying levels of autism and behavior needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, by following patients' treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
• Collaborate with behavioral supervisors (BCBA) to ensure high-quality services.
