Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a part-time ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Mercer County. Morning/ midday shifts run 8am–4pm, and the pay is $25–$35 per hour.

A $500 sign-on bonus is available, with benefits including tuition assistance, ongoing training, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for growth to Lead RBT or Full Time RBT.

Qualifications

• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
