Job summary

Zoi and Mind Clinics is hiring ABA Therapists-Behavior Interventionists to provide ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Work is in the client’s home and in the community, under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 ABA services, implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, collecting data, and writing session notes. Benefits include competitive pay, bonuses, paid trainings, and growth opportunities in a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license is required.
• Available Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in the client's home.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans provided by Case Supervisors/BCBAs.
• Collect data and write session notes.
