RightWay ABA is a woman-owned, BCBA-led organization providing in-home and center-based therapy for children aged 2-18. We offer training and support for Behavior Technicians to become RBTs.

The role involves direct client support, session preparation, documentation, and collaboration with supervising BCBAs. You will participate in team trainings while upholding BACB ethics and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ABA treatment plans under supervision.
• Ability to teach communication, social, daily living and play skills.
• Use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors.
• Accurate, real-time data collection on client progress.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support: implement ABA treatment plans, teach skills, apply reinforcement strategies, collect progress data.
• Session Preparation & Documentation: prepare materials, write session notes, track progress.
• Collaboration & Communication: coordinate with BCBAs, attend trainings and meetings, provide caregiver feedback.
• Professional Conduct: follow BACB ethics, maintain confidentiality.
