BK Healthcare Management, located in Utica, Nebraska, is looking for a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. Join a supportive clinical team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of clients.

Responsibilities include implementing care plans and fostering a positive learning environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, RBT certification, and a passion for working with children with Autism. Paid training is provided!

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Experience in education or early childhood development is a plus.
• Experience in behavioral health or working with individuals with Autism is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
