Job summary

Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy in Manhattan, New York. The position offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 15 hours per week at a compensation rate of $20 to $30 per hour based on experience. Ideal candidates should have reliable transportation, a high school diploma, and preferably some experience with children or in ABA. Training is available for those new to the field.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• 6 months of ABA or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record session data using a mobile device.
