Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician for in-home, one-on-one therapy in Spotswood, NJ. Part-time schedule: 3 weekdays and weekends, total of 3 hours per day, with pay rates between $18 and $25 per hour.

A $200 sign-on bonus is offered to join the team and support from experienced BCBAs throughout the caseload. Role involves delivering ABA services, tracking progress via data, and helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills while collaborating with families

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18+.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Background check required; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
