Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in Marlboro Township, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings.

You will work with a BCBA and a collaborative team, delivering behavior acquisition and reduction plans, tracking data, and communicating progress to families. We offer paid training, bilingual pay, and weekly BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Experience working with children, ASD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use data collection tools to track progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team in meetings and supervision.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care support as needed.
