Qualificações

• RBT certification is required to perform duties.

Responsabilidades

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with clear goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and communicate feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers per BACB ethics.
• Collect and record client progress data during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
