Job summary

Kids First is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with clients in home-based and clinic-based settings, implementing ABA plans under supervision. You will collect data, prepare program materials, and support parent training in a compliant, ethical environment.

Ideal candidates hold a RBT credential (or willingness to obtain within 3 weeks) and have 3–4 years of 1:1 experience with children and young clients, including behavior management within ABA programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician or willingness to obtain within 3 weeks of start date.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite; data collection and reporting.
• 3–4 years of 1:1 client work experience addressing challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients in home-based and clinic-based settings.
• Follow treatment plans by the BCBA Supervisor and prepare program materials.
• Collect and maintain accurate data using data collection software.
• Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings.
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments as needed.
