Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Strong patience and compassion when supporting children.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging moments.
• Will to learn ABA methods and build client independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing care plans and skill-building.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
