Job summary

Unlocking The Spectrum is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and support families with coaching and communication.

This role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional development. Candidates must hold an active BACB RBT certificate, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB (in good standing).
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Must be comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Prior experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism or developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in client homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by supervising BCBAs.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and session outcomes.
• Participate in training and supervision sessions as required.
• Communicate effectively with families and supervising clinicians.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
