Job summary

Mentor Behavioral Health, part of the Sevita family, is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support youth and families. Work one-on-one with children in home, community, and school settings to help them thrive.

You will provide guidance to families and school personnel, supervise therapeutic activities, and document progress. A high school diploma and compassionate approach are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and counseling techniques to families and school personnel.
• Deliver therapeutic supervision to youth and families during treatment and educational activities.
• Assist in the management of aggressive behaviors as needed using approved de-escalation and behavior management techniques.
• Document behavioral progress notes and collaborate with team members.
