Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its in-home ABA therapy team in Massachusetts. We are seeking a Behavior Technician to implement one-to-one intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and to engage families in treatment goals.

The role involves data collection, regular communication with supervisors, and weekday and weekend availability to support children with autism in their homes. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.
• Ability to work in homes with children with autism.
• Collect therapy session data and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
