Job summary

A dedicated ABA therapy agency is looking for ABA Behavioral Technicians to work 1:1 with children in their homes. This role offers a competitive hourly rate, flexible part-time schedules, and support from experienced BCBAs. Ideal candidates have relevant qualifications in Applied Behavior Analysis or alike fields, and experience working with children, especially those with Autism. Training and mentorship opportunities to enhance professional credentials are provided.

Qualifications

• Relevant Fields of Study: Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education.
• Proven experience working with pre-school and elementary school-aged children.
• Intuitive, engaging, compassionate, and person-centered approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Collect numerical and qualitative data on student goals.
• Create new personalized interventions based on student progress.
