Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and adults with autism in home and community settings under supervision of BCBAs. You will work one-on-one with clients, implement treatment plans, and help build communication and daily living skills while recording progress.

Responsibilities include providing behavioral support, creating structured learning environments, and participating in ongoing training and supervision. Mileage and scheduling flexibility offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT license or BCAT required.
• Experience in ABA or child-focused roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.
• Create engaging and structured learning environments.
