Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy for a 5-year-old girl in Bayonne, NJ. Part-time schedule from 4-7pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay range of $18–$25 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
