Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD in the Boston area.

You’ll track progress, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and families to support skill growth and safety. Part-time positions offer flexible afternoon hours (after 3pm), travel between client sites, and access to voluntary benefits; minimum 21+ years old, 60 college credits or RBT, and

Qualifications

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy and track client progress during sessions.
• Engage with children to implement behavior support plans and ensure safety.
• Must meet MA state requirements for Behavior Technicians (21+ years)

Responsibilities

• Stay active during therapy sessions (floor, kneeling, standing) and use engaging approaches with children.
• Document session data using electronic devices and travel between client locations.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families to support skill development and client safety.
