Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) in Hudson County, NJ, is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in their homes. Sessions occur in the child’s home across Hudson County with flexible, after-school and weekend options.

ABS emphasizes mentorship from experienced BCBAs and opportunities to pursue RBT certification, supporting professional growth and hands-on clinical experience in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or psychology preferred.
• Ability to work with children in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a child’s home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use ABA strategies such as prompting, reinforcement, modeling, and redirection.
• Track and document student progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors.
