Responsibilities

• Plans instructional objectives and activities consistent with curriculum guides.
• Directs and supervises learning activities.
• Implements disciplinary procedures of the District.
• Supervises student behavior to maintain safety.
• Keeps accurate attendance/absence records.
• Uses analytical and evaluative techniques aligned with curriculum.
• Communicates positively with students, parents and staff.
• Supervises playground, cafeteria and halls as scheduled.
• Engages with staff, parents and community professionally.
• Keeps up to date with teaching methods and subject matter.
