Job summary

SAGE Counseling is seeking a Group Facilitator to provide therapy services in Arizona prisons. The role involves facilitating substance abuse groups with in-custody clients and working within the criminal justice system to support rehabilitation.

Flexibility with full-time schedules is offered, including afternoon or morning shifts at prison locations in Tucson and Florence. Strong preference for candidates with a Master's degree and at least 1 year of direct clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in a mental health field.
• Direct clinical service experience required, including group facilitation.
• Ability to pass jail entryBadging process (background check, drug test, TB, fingerprint clearance).
