The role requires a graduate of an accredited program and initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities for patients.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and treat them as an individual.
