Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking an independently licensed clinical therapist to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to diverse clients within its provider network.

The role emphasizes in-person care where possible, with access to Lyra’s support for scheduling, invoicing, and clinical consultations. Applicants must hold an unrestricted clinical license and be a full-time US resident.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) to practice independently.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a strong preference for in-person care.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for clients within Lyra’s network.
• Collaborate with Lyra’s clinical consultation teams and maintain high-quality care.
• Offer in-person therapy where feasible and coordinate with clients’ private or group practices.
