Job summary

Minnesota Women's Care is seeking a Clinical Allergy Specialist to run the allergy center inside a partnered physician practice. You will test patients, educate them on treatment options, guide immunotherapy, and build the allergy center's presence within the clinic.

You will work side by side with patients, doctors, and clinic staff every day, learning more about allergies than most roles. This is a hands-on position emphasizing patient care and center growth.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required (MA or LPN preferred).
• A proactive personality able to communicate with doctors and clinic leadership.
• Friendly, warm communicator who can educate adults and children about allergy testing and immunotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Administer allergy tests and injections under supervising physician.
• Prepare customized patient immunotherapy vials.
• Educate adults and children about allergy testing and immunotherapy and support patients through their treatment journeys.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to deliver exceptional allergy care.
• Coordinate within the clinic to promote visibility and growth of allergy services.
• Complete basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and medical documentation.
