Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inspection Measurement and Repair (IMR) Technician to join the Production Team on a third shift (Sun–Thu 10pm–6:30am).

You will inspect parts per OEM prints, measure with precision tools, and document SPC data, ensuring quality and timely processing in a controlled environment. The ideal candidate is proficient with measuring parts, reading blueprints, and using inspection tools, with strong math skills and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proficient in measuring parts and reading blueprints.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and ability to identify part damage.
• Strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts requiring IMR processing according to OEM prints and traveler instructions.
• Measure parts using inspection tools to ensure they meet specifications.
• Input measurement data into SPC records and identify non-conformances.
• Document damage to parts on critical surfaces and report issues to management.
• Maintain tools and equipment and keep working area clean and safe.
• Assist with following operating procedures for reliable processing.
