Job summary

The successful candidate will have a relevant bachelor's degree and 2–4 years’ experience, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 2-4 years' relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations, procedures, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procedures to ensure compliance with import laws and regulations.
• Conduct periodic assessments of company and broker performance.
• Troubleshoot ad hoc trade-related issues in support of internal and external customers.
• Prepare import customs entries for import shipments.
• Ensure proper coding of import and export entries.
• Review import/export entries for compliance; identify noncompliance issues and action steps.
