We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Import Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage daily import clearance activities, ensure compliance with global trade regulations, audit customs entry documentation, and analyze import, transportation, and customs data to identify trends, mitigate risks, reduce costs, and improve processes. You will serve as a key liaison between international vendors, customs brokers, and Partner Government Agencies (PGAs), ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who takes initiative, leverages data to drive decision-making, and leads projects that enhance compliance, operational efficiency, and supply chain performance. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.
This role works closely with procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance, warehouse operations, customs brokers, freight forwarders, transportation carriers, and international suppliers to ensure imported goods move efficiently and compliantly through the supply chain.
