Tekion Corp is seeking an Implementation Specialist for Variable Operations to support scalable solutions within the Professional Services team. The role focuses on gathering requirements, documenting processes, configuring systems, and contributing to testing, with a strong eye for detail and a drive to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform data analysis, and help create user guides and training materials

Qualifications

• Position requires 90% travel.
• 2–4 years of experience implementing Automotive Variable Operations software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and process mapping tools (Lucidchart or Visio).
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, PSA) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn project delivery methodologies and enterprise business platforms.

Responsibilities

Job Introduction

The Implementation Specialist for Variable operations (internal title Business Solutions Analyst I) supports the delivery and implementation of scalable solutions within Tekion’s Professional Services organization. This role assists with gathering business requirements, documenting processes, supporting configuration, and contributing to testing efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and motivated to learn how technology can improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Role & Responsibilities
