Implementation Specialist – Professional Services

Reports to: Implementation Manager

Position Summary: The Implementation Specialist (IS) is a critical role in the software training process, responsible for delivering high‑quality training for all Censis applications. The IS works with facility staff and management to provide end‑user training both in the field and virtually. The role also requires assistance with customer data and technical hardware testing in preparation for upcoming training, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver solutions on time.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Develop an in‑depth understanding of the Censis product suite, including CensiTrac, LoanerLink, ScopeTrac, and CensiTrac Analytics Modules.
  • Create implementation strategies and identify evaluation of installation problems.
  • Train clients on all features and benefits of Censis products.
  • Build enthusiasm and excitement for the product.
  • Provide demonstrations and in‑services as needed at client sites and virtually.
  • Complete training checklists, daily reports and implementation reports during implementation.
  • Participate in software upgrade training.
  • Identify installation problems, software bugs and/or necessary software modifications and report them to Product Development.
  • Aid in installing and uninstalling hardware during operational readiness validations; physical lifting up to 25lbs may be required.
  • Maintain client satisfaction throughout the implementation training process.
  • Actively participate in any required project tasks.
  • Maintain expertise in hardware installation and troubleshooting, including PCs, printers, label printers, scanners, PDAs, etc.
  • Continuously learn new features for all Censis products.
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail in building container definitions.
  • Show competence in electrochemical and laser marking technologies; mark and identify/commission instruments.
  • Use Adobe, Word, and Excel to convert and/or prepare customer count sheet data for upload.
  • Complete annual performance review and performance‐development goals.
  • Provide internal support to other departments as required or assigned; perform other duties as needed.
  • Be available for weekend or overnight shifts if required.
  • Work toward Certified Central Sterile Vendor Partner (CCSVP) certification if not already certified.
  • Travel up to 75%, including weekly travel to different facilities from Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
  • Required:
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
    • Familiarity and ease with computer systems.
    • Well organized and detail‐oriented.
    • Self‑motivated individual.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferred:
    • Certified in Sterile Processing.
    • Experience implementing systems in healthcare environments.
    • 1‑2 years of Sterile Processing or healthcare experience with knowledge of surgical instrument nomenclature.
    • Experience with Salesforce and/or other project management software.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or equivalent experience.

Bonus or Equity: This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range: The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 47,600.00–71,400.00.
