Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support mid-size districts in Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with district leaders to plan and execute implementation and professional development initiatives that drive adoption and effective use of IXL.

This is a full-time remote role for candidates in Philadelphia, PA, requiring travel to districts regionally (up to 60% during back-to-school season and up to 40% the rest of the year).

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting; instructional coaching or school leadership experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
• Experience supporting district implementations preferred.
• Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude.
• Organized, methodical, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for edtech.
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver.
• Must live near a major airport.
