As a Karbon Expert, you will partner with accounting firms to design, implement, and optimize the workflows that power their day-to-day operations in Karbon.

This role combines workflow consulting, implementation leadership, and customer enablement. You will leverage your firsthand experience working within accounting firms and your deep knowledge of Karbon to help customers translate their operational processes into scalable systems within the platform.

  • Guide best practices: Advise customers on how to structure work, manage capacity, track deadlines, and collaborate across teams using Karbon’s platform capabilities.

Implementation Delivery

  • Lead or support implementations: Guide customers through onboarding, configuration, and implementation of Karbon, ensuring a structured and successful transition to the platform.

  • Manage implementation milestones: Help define project milestones, track progress, and guide customers through key stages of implementation to maintain momentum and accountability.

  • Facilitate onboarding activities: Lead kickoff sessions, discovery discussions, workflow configuration workshops, and implementation working sessions with firm stakeholders.

  • Ensure configuration accuracy: Support customers in setting up contacts, work templates, and operational workflows to ensure their Karbon environment reflects their firm’s processes.

  • Drive implementation outcomes: Help customers achieve early wins during implementation by prioritizing key workflows and operational processes that demonstrate immediate value.

Training & Adoption

  • Deliver training sessions: Facilitate training sessions that help firm teams understand, adopt, and confidently use Karbon workflows, templates, and collaboration features.

  • Support user enablement: Provide practical guidance that helps teams incorporate Karbon into their daily operations and establish consistent working habits.

  • Drive adoption across the firm: Work with firm leaders and administrators to reinforce adoption and ensure teams are consistently using Karbon to manage their work.

Change Management

  • Guide operational change: Help stakeholders navigate the transition to new workflows and processes enabled by Karbon.

  • Address adoption challenges: Identify areas where teams may struggle with change and provide practical strategies to support adoption.

  • Reinforce best practices: Ensure firms adopt scalable processes and working habits that support long‑term operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate internally: Partner with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs and share insights that improve customer outcomes.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement: Provide feedback on customer needs, workflow patterns, and implementation challenges to help improve Karbon’s product and services delivery.

  • Leverage AI to enhance delivery: Use AI tools, including ChatGPT and AI-enabled workflow automation, to support template design, documentation, and workflow optimization.
